  • water – 3 liters;
  • chicken fillet – 300 g;

  • vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons;
  • bell pepper – 1 pc.

For the balls:

  • hard cheese – 150 g;
  • butter – 80 g;
  • egg – 1 pc;
  • flour – 150 g;
  • salt to taste.

Method of preparation:

We put a pot of water on the fire. When the water boils, throw in the diced potatoes.

At this time, we are preparing the frying. In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and throw in the chicken breast cut into large cubes. When it is a little fried, add diced onions, carrots and bell peppers. Fry everything for 10 minutes.
